Hylyos.com Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation by Users
You may cancel your subscription(s) to any creator on Hylyos.com at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not issue a refund for the current subscription period. Your access to the creator's content will continue until the end of the already-paid term.
To cancel:

Log into your Hylyos.com account

Go to your Billing or Subscriptions page

Select the creator’s subscription and click Cancel Subscription
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
2. Account Cancellation
You may close your entire Hylyos.com account at any time via the Settings > Account section. However, canceling your account does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions—please cancel those individually before account closure to avoid additional charges.
3. Refund Policy
All payments on Hylyos.com are non-refundable, including partial subscription periods, unused content, or accidental purchases. It is your responsibility to manage your subscriptions and billing activity.
In rare cases of technical billing errors, you may contact our support team at support@ccbill.com for review. Refunds, when issued, will be credited back to the original payment method only.
4. Creator Cancellations
If a creator deletes their account or removes content, subscriptions to that creator will be automatically canceled at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial periods of content removal unless required by applicable law.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in your account being suspended or permanently banned. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.
6. Trial Periods and Promotions
If a subscription includes a free trial or promotional discount, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged the regular subscription rate. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, standard cancellation and refund policies apply.
