Content Review

Content Review and Pre-Screening Policy

In order to maintain a safe, legal, and respectful environment, Hylyos.com requires that all user-uploaded content undergo a review process before it is made publicly accessible on the platform. This pre-screening process is designed to ensure that content:

  • Does not violate any applicable laws, including but not limited to content involving non-consensual acts, minors, or otherwise illegal activities;

  • Complies with our Community Guidelines and Content Standards, which prohibit hate speech, harassment, copyright infringement, impersonation, and other forms of abusive or unlawful behavior;

  • Does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights;

  • Fulfills platform-specific requirements such as proper age verification of all individuals appearing in content and sufficient documentation of consent.

Content Submission Workflow

  1. Upload: Users may upload content to their account dashboard, but it will remain in a “Pending Review” status.

  2. Review: Content is reviewed by our moderation team or through automated and manual tools designed to detect violations.

  3. Approval/Denial: If approved, the content will be published to the user’s public profile. If denied, the user will be notified with a reason and given an opportunity to appeal or edit and resubmit.

Pre-Screening Clause in Terms & Conditions

By uploading content to Hylyos.com, you agree and understand that:

  • All content is subject to mandatory review prior to publication;

  • We reserve the right to reject, remove, or report any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates our Terms of Service or applicable law;

  • Repeated violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform;

  • Users must retain all records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and provide them upon request.

This pre-screening process helps us uphold a responsible and compliant creator ecosystem, aligning with industry expectations and regulatory requirements.
