TERMS OF USE FOR CREATORS

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation as a Creator on Hylyos.com ("the Website"). By becoming a creator "Click Here" or uploading content, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility and Registration

To become a Creator, you must:

• Be at least 18 years.

• Submit valid government-issued photo identification.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date account and payment information.

2. Creator Consent and Public Display

By uploading content, you explicitly confirm the following:

“I acknowledge and agree that my images, videos, and other uploaded content will be used and displayed publicly on the Website, accessible by subscribers and users, and may be promoted in accordance with Hylyos.com's marketing practices.”

You further grant Hylyos.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content for purposes including but not limited to platform promotion, discovery, and monetization within the bounds of your selected subscription settings.

3. Content Standards and Review

All content submitted by Creators will undergo pre-publication review to ensure compliance with our Content Standards, which prohibit:

• Illegal material

• Non-consensual content

• Depictions of minors or individuals under 18

• Content violating intellectual property rights

Hylyos.com reserves the right to reject, remove, or request edits to content that violates our standards.

4. Model Consent and Documentation

You must obtain and maintain proper, legally valid consent from any individuals appearing in your content. You agree to:

• Provide age and identity verification of all participants

• Maintain records in compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257

• Cooperate in any content investigation or appeal process regarding consent

Failure to provide valid documentation may result in content removal and/or account termination.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. However, by uploading content to the Website, you grant Hylyos.com the limited rights described above. You may not upload content that you do not have the legal right to distribute.

6. Earnings, Payments, and Fees

Creators are compensated through subscriber payments and other monetization tools offered on the Website. Hylyos.com will take a platform fee [insert percentage, e.g., 20%]. Payouts are made on a regular schedule, subject to verification and minimum thresholds.

Chargebacks, fraud, or refund claims may affect your earnings and may result in account investigation or deduction of funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Creators must not:

• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations

• Post deceptive, misleading, or harmful content

• Encourage illegal activity or violence

• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to manipulate platform behavior

8. Termination and Removal

You may terminate your Creator account at any time. Hylyos.com may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, content standards, or applicable law.

Content may remain on the platform for a limited time after termination, subject to backup, cache, and legal retention requirements.

9. Appeal Procedure

If content is removed due to consent concerns or a violation, you may file an appeal. If a person appearing in your content submits a valid removal request due to lack of consent, and the investigation supports their claim, the content will be removed. Disputes may be escalated to an independent mediator.

10. Modifications

Hylyos.com may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance.

11. Featured and Verified Creator Cloud Storage

Featured and Verified Creators are provided complimentary cloud storage through Dyesci Cloud as follows:

• Featured Creators: 2TB of cloud storage

• Verified Creators: 1TB of cloud storage

As a condition of receiving this benefit, the Creator agrees to upload at least one of the following each week:

1. A video with a minimum duration of fifteen (15) minutes;

2. Reels or short-form videos totaling at least sixty (60) minutes; or

3. A photo gallery containing a minimum of twenty (20) images.

Creators who do not meet this weekly upload requirement will have a grace period of thirty (30) days to become compliant. Hylyos.com will provide an email notice to the Creator if they are found to be non-compliant. Failure to meet the requirement within the grace period after receiving notice may result in suspension or reduction of cloud storage benefits at Hylyos.com’s discretion.
